    Partner Credit is issued every billing cycle (every 4 weeks / 28 days).

    You send a request with matter type, Mexico state/city, desired deliverable, deadline, and key documents.

    We issue an Order of Service confirming scope, deliverables, estimate, and timeline.

    Your firm approves in writing and work begins under the applicable queue.

    Current-cycle credit is applied first. If the work exceeds available credit, your firm pays the difference.

    Delivery and closeout follow the approved scope and queue status.

Key credit rules

To keep expectations clear and the workflow scalable:

  • Unused current-cycle credit: does not disappear; it converts to non-priority credit at cycle-end.
  • Credit expiration: credit expires at the end of the 4th billing cycle after issuance.
  • Bank Cap: your firm can bank up to 4× the per-cycle fee (Desk $1,116 / Concierge $5,196). Excess above that cap expires immediately upon issuance.
  • Redemption Cap: your firm may apply up to 2× the per-cycle fee in one cycle (Desk $558 / Concierge $2,598). More than that requires an additional membership of the same plan type.
  • Concurrent active matters: Desk supports up to 2 active matters per firm; Concierge supports up to 5. Additional requests queue.

What we need to activate your membership

To onboard your firm and route requests correctly, we need:

  • Legal firm name and trade name (if applicable)
  • Primary contact (name, email, phone) and alternate contact
  • Primary time zone (ET / CT / MT / PT or other)
  • Authorized channels for communication and approvals
  • A brief description of the most common services your firm expects to use
  • Billing details and payment method (USD; MXN only if accepted under TCF)

Investment and payment

Priority Partner is billed every 4 weeks (28 days), not monthly. That means there are 13 billing cycles per year. Fees are set in USD. If MXN payment is accepted, conversion is done using the Billing FX Rate (TCF), updated weekly, with an operational margin and protective floor.

1 Does unused credit disappear at the end of the cycle?
No. It stays available, but it converts to non-priority credit at cycle-end and moves to the standard queue.
2 How long does my credit last?
Each issued credit lasts until the end of the 4th billing cycle after issuance. Current-cycle credit is used first; then older accumulated credit is applied on a FIFO basis.
3 Can we bank credit indefinitely?
No. There is a 4× Bank Cap. Any portion issued above that cap expires immediately upon issuance.
4 Can we apply unlimited credit in one cycle?
No. The per-cycle application cap is 2× your plan fee. To exceed it, your firm needs an additional membership of the same plan type.
5 Does the discount apply to everything?
No. Discounts apply to eligible Provider (INMOBILIARIOLEGAL.COM) fees only. They do not apply to third-party costs such as notaries, taxes, experts, shipping, or platforms.
6 Is Concierge 24/7?
No. Concierge is appointment-based, subject to availability, and is not a 24/7 commitment unless expressly agreed in a specific Order of Service.
7 Do you replace our U.S. counsel or give U.S. legal advice?
No. Your firm remains counsel-of-record for U.S. matters. The program supports Mexico-side and cross-border workstreams and does not constitute U.S. legal advice or U.S. legal practice.
