What exactly is guaranteed?
What is guaranteed is a Qualifying First Response within 48 Eligible Service Hours through the approved guarantee path. It does not mean the matter is finished, resolved, or guaranteed to produce a result.
Is the $500 remedy cash, a refund, or a discount?
No. If approved, it is a $500 service credit added to the member’s active credit balance. It is not cash, not a refund, and not a discount to the prepaid membership fee.
Can Partner Credit support growth-related work too?
Yes, when approved. Credit may support eligible InmobiliarioLegal work and approved growth-related work through The Conversion Launchpad, always subject to eligibility, exclusions, and a written Order of Service when applicable.
Is the included GHL layer an unlimited premium package?
No. The program includes one standard GHL sub-account for baseline CRM, intake, follow-up, and workflow coordination. Premium upgrades, advanced builds, add-ons, and non-standard implementation are not automatically included.

Desk is better when you want a more structured support path through email and messages with lighter-touch coordination. Concierge is better when you expect more moving parts, more active review, scheduled calls or video by appointment, and access to the $500 Priority Response Guarantee.
Does Concierge guarantee completion or results faster?
No. Concierge improves coordination, access, and response handling, but it does not guarantee matter completion, legal outcomes, business results, or third-party turnaround times. The guarantee applies only to a Qualifying First Response through the designated guarantee path.
What channels can I use to submit requests?
Standard requests may be submitted through the approved operating channels used for your plan. However, the $500 Priority Response Guarantee only applies when a qualifying request is sent through the designated official guarantee path under the applicable program rules.
Who can send requests on behalf of the member?
Requests and approvals should come through the authorized contact path established during onboarding. This helps protect continuity, approval control, and proper documentation throughout the program workflow.
What does 48 Eligible Service Hours mean?
It means the response window is measured using the program’s eligible service-hour rules, not simply any 48-hour clock in every situation. Sundays and other policy-based exclusions may affect how the response window is counted, and recognized Mexican holidays may extend the window as defined in the program rules.
Can the $500 Priority Response Guarantee be approved more than once in a billing cycle?
No. If approved, the $500 service credit remedy may be approved no more than once per active billing cycle, subject to the guarantee rules, eligibility requirements, and review of the qualifying request path.
What if I need more work than my current-cycle credit covers?
If the need is larger than the currently available credit, the matter may still move forward through a written Order of Service that clarifies how the work will be handled, what credit can be applied, what additional fees may apply, and what conditions or exclusions govern the matter.
Does credit or the plan discount apply to ad spend, platform fees, government fees, or third-party costs?
Not automatically. Credit use and any plan-based discount depend on service eligibility, Order of Service terms, exclusions, and the specific cost category involved. Third-party costs, pass-through charges, platform fees, filing fees, ad spend, and similar external costs are not automatically assumed to be covered.
Is a written Order of Service always required?
The program is designed to rely on a written Order of Service workflow whenever scope, approvals, assumptions, exclusions, timing, or pricing need to be clearly confirmed before work moves forward. This helps protect clarity for both the member and the provider.
Can this program be useful for personal or family matters too, or only business use?
It is not limited to business use. The program may also be useful for owners, families, and individuals who want a more reliable path for Mexico-side property, documentation, patrimonial, or approved growth-related support.
