4Unused credit does not disappear Unused current-cycle credit does not disappear. At cycle-end, it converts to non-priority credit and remains usable until expiration.

6Bank cap and redemption cap You may bank up to 4× the per-cycle fee (Desk: $1,116 · Concierge: $5,196). You may apply up to 2× the per-cycle fee in one billing cycle unless additional approved capacity is added (Desk: $558 · Concierge: $2,598).
