- Clients have property, estates, deeds, contracts, powers of attorney, civil records or unfinished procedures in Mexico.

Help clients understand whether they need a filing, calculation, regularization, authority procedure or specialized professional before they pay, contribute or purchase the wrong service. Clarify whether the client needs a filing, calculation, regularization or specialist before they take action.

Activate the annual membership, use eligible initial consultations for $19 each and preserve the opportunity to structure the next client service.
ANNUAL ENROLLMENT PATHS
Choose the path that matches your verified status.

- Standard annual renewal is $1,997 USD.
- Consultations are not prepaid by the annual fee.

THE CONSULTATION ECONOMICS
Use the first review as a paid client service or a relationship-building benefit.
The member controls how the defined initial consultation is presented to the client, subject to truthful scope, pricing, provider disclosures, contracts and applicable professional or consumer rules.
Per eligible initial consultation.
Or provide it as a courtesy.
Before taxes, processing, costs and compliance obligations.
The $80 difference is an illustration, not guaranteed profit. PCA does not guarantee that a member will charge $99, collect payment, secure a later matter or recover the annual membership fee.
HOW THE VALUE CAN COMPOUND
The consultation is only the entry point.
Use the defined first review as a paid service or absorb the $19 cost to strengthen the client relationship.
When another service may be appropriate, receive the base scope and quote first when professional rules permit.
Structure your own lawful services, coordination or project management around the Mexico-side scope.
ACCIDENTS AND DAMAGE CLAIMS
Start with issue classification before a claim becomes a larger engagement.
A $19 eligible consultation can help determine whether evidence preservation, insurance review, expert work, negotiation or formal representation may be appropriate.
Every claim-related service is separately accepted, scoped and priced.ASSETS AND DOCUMENT STRATEGY
Use the first review to identify the document or procedure the client actually needs.
A $19 eligible consultation can clarify whether the next service may involve a power, contract, civil record, registry review, notary coordination or document correction.
Deeper due diligence, drafting and execution are priced separately.FAMILY AND CIVIL MATTERS
Create a professional first route before the client commits to a formal process.
A $19 eligible consultation can identify whether the next step may involve an agreement, mediation, power, notary, Civil Registry, local counsel or formal representation.
Agreements, filings and representation require separate engagement.IMSS, SAT, AFORE AND PENSIONS
Diagnose the technical question before the client purchases execution.
A $19 eligible consultation can clarify whether the matter may require analysis, calculation, filing, regularization, accounting, specialist review or an authority procedure.
Returns, definitive calculations and procedures are separately priced.THE ANNUAL FEE UNLOCKS
The PCA membership framework.
- A twelve-month PCA membership term and member account.
- Access to all four eligible consultation categories.
- The fixed $19 member price for each eligible initial consultation.
- Member-controlled client pricing or courtesy delivery.
- Initial issue classification and preliminary route discussion.
- Member-first delivery of a possible downstream base quote when permitted.
THE ANNUAL FEE DOES NOT PREPAY
Consultations or later professional work.

- Representation, litigation, negotiations, claims or filings.
- Contracts, powers, returns, calculations or completed procedures.
- Government, notary, registry, courier, expert or third-party charges.
- Guaranteed conversion, profit, collection, payback or outcome.
MPC AND PPP COMPATIBILITY
Separate programs can improve eligible downstream economics.
An independently active and verified MPC or PPP membership may provide the applicable discount on an eligible downstream service. It does not reduce the fixed $19 PCA consultation price.
Verified MPC status may affect PCA annual enrollment and eligible downstream services under the applicable terms.
A separately active PPP may affect eligible later services, but never the $19 PCA consultation price.
Pricing examples are stated in U.S. dollars and remain subject to the applicable page, checkout, invoice, agreement, eligibility verification and current terms. Taxes, processing, professional costs and third-party expenses may apply separately. No revenue, margin, conversion, annual-fee recovery or result is guaranteed.
QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU ACTIVATE
Understand the membership. Use the workflow correctly.
Review the commercial model, consultation limits, quote routing and professional boundaries before presenting PCA to clients. Review the key rules before activating PCA or presenting it to a client.
PCA is an independent annual membership. The annual fee unlocks preferred pricing and the structured referral and quotation workflow. It does not prepay consultations. Each eligible initial consultation costs $19.
No. Consultations are neither free nor unlimited. Each eligible initial consultation is paid individually and remains subject to intake completeness, conflicts, scope, scheduling, documentation, professional availability and acceptance.
The recommended workflow is for the PCA member to pay the $19 fee when requesting the eligible consultation. The member then decides whether to charge the client the suggested $99 client-facing price or provide the consultation as a courtesy.
The $99 amount is the suggested client-facing price for the defined initial consultation. The member controls its client communication and billing, but must clearly disclose the service, scope, provider relationship and price and comply with applicable law, professional rules and consumer obligations.
The base scope and quote may be delivered to the PCA member first. The client does not automatically receive that base quote unless the member authorizes it or direct disclosure, direct engagement, provider identification, consent or payment handling is required.
No. PCA covers the eligible initial consultation and preliminary issue classification. Representation, litigation, negotiations, claims, contracts, powers, returns, calculations, filings, procedures and third-party work require separate acceptance, scope and pricing.
PCA is a standalone membership. Verified MPC status may provide the stated PCA annual enrollment benefit. A separately active eligible MPC or PPP may affect qualifying downstream services under its own terms, but the fixed $19 PCA consultation price is excluded from all additional discounts.
Potentially, yes. The client must be properly referred, the matter must have a sufficient connection with Mexico and the consultation must otherwise be eligible. Nationality or residence alone does not determine eligibility.
No. PCA membership alone does not create a regulated professional relationship. A separate engagement, disclosure, consent, provider identification or direct payment structure may be required for legal, tax or other specialized downstream services.
A sufficiently valuable accepted matter may potentially offset all or part of the annual PCA investment through lawful, disclosed and collected member revenue. This is a commercial possibility only. Conversion, client payment, margin and annual-fee recovery are never guaranteed.
